Self Confidence can be defined as believe of you on your skills, abilities and on your decisions. It can be easily understand with an example, if a salesman visits you and introduced some products to you but he looks nerves and not describing his product qualities with confidence then you will not even listen to him even you need the product he is selling but in contrast if another salesman visits you and unfolds his product qualities with confidence and explained everything properly then even if you don’t require that product you will be interested to listen to that salesman and will pay your full attention.

It is said that “Your body language speaks a lot about you” and everyone judges you by your body language. Body language is a nonverbal communication which speaks to the persons in front and shows your level of confidence.
Body language includes yours hand

contact and how you use the available space. If you take care of all this things
then you will look more confident and can convey your message to others more
effectively and the response will be much better as the listener will be paying
attention to your words.
To improve your body language you can practice your habits to

communication
During conversation if you are not having face to face contact then you appear less confident and thus you have more chances that listener will disagree with your thoughts or your presentation will not be so impactful.
People with low confidence find it more difficult to make a
proper eye to eye contact and thus loose the order or the presentation went wrong
as the listener do not get the feeling of engagement with the speaker.

and starts being afraid of trying new things so never taste success.
Instead of comparing yourself to
others you should analyze the things you think other are doing better than you
and should start improving yourself to achieve what you want. You should only

Building Habits
Habit is defined as routine of activities that we repeat in daily life and we feel day is not completed until we completes those activities. Good habits can boost your confidence and are necessary to remain confident in daily life. Good habits include, exercising, morning walk, having healthy food etc. Your habits decides your future, if you have good habits you will be more confident and will have bright future.

Take Care Of Your Body:
A healthy and energetic body gives more confident look than a sick and dull body.
